ProductVisuals offers credit-based access to AI-powered product image generation. This policy explains when and how refunds are granted.
When you purchase a credit pack, you receive a one-time allocation of generation credits. Credits are used to generate AI-enhanced product images. There is no subscription — each purchase is a one-time transaction.
1 credit = 1 image generation. Credits never expire.
Unused credits are eligible for a full refund if requested within 30 days of purchase, provided no credits from that purchase have been used.
Used credits are non-refundable. Once an image generation has been completed, the credit is consumed and the digital service has been delivered.
Partial refunds are not available. If any credits from a purchase have been used, the entire purchase is considered delivered.

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
All credits are delivered instantly to your account upon successful payment. There is no physical shipment. Delivery is confirmed when credits appear in your account balance.
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly.
